At Fix & Flex, we understand that every BODY is different.
Located in Warriewood in Sydney’s Northern Beaches, we enjoy developing individualised programs tailored to each person in order to achieve the benefits that come from doing Pilates & Group Physiotherapy exercise sessions. After completing a thorough assessment, a personalized program that is unique to your body, needs and goals is developed for you by one of our physiotherapists.
Our highly qualified Physiotherapists & Clinical Pilates instructors then progress the exercises as you become stronger and as your body becomes more able. Your session can be as gentle or as challenging as you want, whether you are suffering from pain, recovering from surgery, pregnant or an elite athlete.
We use traditional Physiotherapy & Clinical Pilates equipment such as the Reformer, Cadillac/Trapeze Table, Wunda Chair, and Mat, and also newly developed equipment called the SurfSet® and CoreAlign®.
The session types available to book are Private (1 on 1), Duet (2 on 1), and Group (maximum 3 clients to 1 instructor), with each person working with a different specially designed program.
In addition, we now offer new targeted classes, including a “Strong Bones & Balance” class, “Fitness & Toning” class, “Mums & Bubs” class, & “Pregnancy” class. For more information about these classes, please contact us!

Kerry had a background in Pathology for many years, before completing a Marketing and Advertising degree in London where she worked in the music industry. A busy married life then followed, being a corporate wife and mother to four children, for many years supporting the family through their education and work.
Kerry has always had a keen interest and passion for fitness, competing in many triathlons and half marathons whilst always incorporating Pilates into her regime. The benefits and improvements she gained through Pilates inspired her to have a career change into teaching Clinical Pilates. Completing the Diploma in Pilates Movement Therapy & becoming a member of the APMA enabled her to transfer her passion for helping people into results of increased strength and movement through the Pilates repertoire.
Working between four busy physiotherapy and pilates practices in Brisbane to complete her training enabled Kerry to work with many clients with a wide range of different injuries and conditions. Her attention to detail enables her to understand the client’s needs to ensure they get the best out of their class, and Kerry is very enthusiastic about helping her clients to have a better understanding of their body.
